1. Information We Collect
When you submit a project consultation or service inquiry on FarmOS.io, we collect the information you choose to provide—such as your name, farm or business name, email address, phone or preferred contact method, operating region, agricultural operation type, and project description.
2. How We Use & Protect Inquiry Data
Client inquiries are used exclusively to evaluate technical feasibility, respond to your consultation request, and scope potential software or AI integration engagements. Client inquiries are stored in an access-controlled database table and are strictly restricted to authorized FarmOS management personnel. We never expose client inquiries on public web pages or sell contact information to third parties.
3. Uploaded Livestock & Farm Media (GrazeAI)
Images or videos uploaded to the GrazeAI computer-vision endpoints (/detect or /detect-video) are processed to generate bounding-box detections and behavioral summaries. Within authenticated multi-tenant FarmOS workspaces, vision records are isolated to the owning farm tenant via role-based access control (RBAC).
4. Data Security & Retention
We apply input sanitization, honeypot spam filtering, JWT authentication, and tenant-level authorization checks across our API routes. You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry records at any time by submitting a request through our contact portal with your inquiry reference code.
